We’ll teach you proper form and technique, so you can exercise safely and effectively. With our guidance and support, you’ll be able to develop a consistent workout routine that fits into your busy schedule.
You will have 24/7 support from us directly in the app, we will be messaging you throughout the week and we will do one big weekly check in where I will go over everything much more in depth on a recorded voice memo as well for your specific goals, answering any questions and giving you feedback. You will have access on the app and can message us at any time about any questions that come up throughout the week!

Sarah is the founder of FD athletics and created the brand around empowering women to change their lives, change their bodies, and feel strong AF in their own skin!
She is a certified personal trainer, who went to school for health sciences at North Seattle and nutrition coach, who has been working both in person and online as a CPT and coach for the past seven years.
Throughout creating FD athletics and coaching women she has coached over 500 women and trained in person events around the world from Los Angeles, Italy, the Bahamas, New York City, and more!

Get to know coach Lyndsi!!
Lyndsi grew up swimming competitively which grew into a passion for fitness and health!
An Upstate New York native, she graduated from the College of Saint Rose in 2019, while working at her local YMCA.
The beginning of her fitness journey was rocky- being afraid and intimidated to go into the weights section at the gym- so she primarily focused on only cardio workouts and quickly got frustrated with not reaching her goal of building muscle.
After taking the leap and heading into the weights section (woohoo!!), she hasn’t looked back.
After years of lifting, Lyndsi got her personal training and nutrition coaching certifications through NASM to help other women achieve their goals and help build an active, healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Angie is a dedicated ISSA certified personal trainer and Nutritionist. After years of struggling with food restriction and overtraining, she was able to find balance and regain confidence in herself with the help of her own online coach.
